Graffiti. Is it art or pollution.

Walking or driving threw Bergen you can see a lot of high quality graffiti on all kind of surfaces. Graffiti "artists" from Bergen are also doing it big out in europe. They are even spraying on canvas and selling it for 1500-2000 us$ a peace. In 2007 the mayor of Bergen was truly upset when the local road authority "cleaned up" this piece, illustrating the major himself.
